Setting up your domain with Blogger is a two step process. First, you must create a CNAME record for your blog's address. Second, you must configure Blogger to use your custom domain.
Creating a CNAME record for your domain
  1. Log in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Click on the Domains tab at the top of the page.
  3. Check the box to the left of the domain name and click the Set Name Servers button.
  4. Click on the DNS tab.
  5. In the Domain Record section under Record Type select Forward. For the IP Address or Target Host box, type in http://www.yourdomain.ext (for example http://www.dynadot.me).
  6. In the Subdomain Records section under Subdomain, type in www as your first subdomain. Select CNAME as the Record Type. Under IP Address or Target Host type in ghs.google.com
  7. At the bottom of the page click Use Dynadot DNS
Configuring Blogger Settings
  1. Log in to your Blogger account
  2. Navigate to Dashboard-> Settings -> Publishing -> Custom domain -> Switch to advanced settings.
  3. In the Your Domain input box type in www.yourdomain.ext for example www.dynadot.com.
  4. In the Word Verification section, enter the captcha word
  5. Click Save Settings

API address change

We are currently upgrading our API server.  The IP address of the API server will be changing.    If you are using the ip address of our API server in your API call, we recommend you change it to our command name "api.dynadot.com".
