Server Upgrade / Downtime

We will be upgrading the dynadot.com server today at 6pm Pacific Time. It may take 3-4 hours. This upgrade should put an end to the emergency maintenance issues experienced earlier this month. Also, dynadot.com website pages should load faster.

Our hosting and DNS services are not affected. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Downtime

Our IP addresses were the subject of a DoS attack at 5:30pm yesterday.  Most services were up around 7PM, and everything else came back up by 10PM. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We will be performing emergency hardware changes to the dynadot.com server at 7pm Pacific Time tonight (March 8th) which may take up to 4-5 hours.  API users won't be able to register any domains through the API, but they will be able search for domains.
